The client requested us to develop a Customer Portal on one of the top CRM tools - Salesforce. This portal would support their business operation, doctors, and even their patients.

As a Salesforce Registered Consulting Partner, SotaTek developed and provided custom solutions, as well as project implementations and integrations.

This Salesforce CRM platform is included some features below:
- The product information is kept in the cloud, allowing physicians to access it anytime and anywhere.
- Book in advance and join seminars.
- Sign up for courses.
- Information on Portal is also synchronized on Sales and Service systems of Admin and Company employees.
- Help salesman understand customers, as well as easily handle their requirements.

The final CRM system is customized to meet the clients' needs and since its release day, it still works well.
