Sales Support - Sota Holdings | A Global IT Consulting & Technology Group

Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary
Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with Sotatek’s service
Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team

As a Sales Support, you will be responsible for:

Compiling potential customer information from available sources and inputting it into the company's database;
Sending emails introducing products and solutions to potential customer;
Making phone calls to potential customers to introduce products and solutions;
Writing articles introducing products and solutions on the company's website;
Providing support in creating sales and marketing materials for the products.

Saturday & Sunday OFF, Overtime pay is 150%, 200%, 300% as per labor law;
Work performance review 2 times/ year (in April and October);
Performance bonus, 13th- month salary, public holidays bonus (2/9, 30/4, 1/5, 1/1); bonus for Excellent Employee and Excellent Team;

Must have

University graduate or final year student;
Interest in software products;
High creativity and self-motivation;
Strong Japanese writing skills; Ability to be fluent in Japanese (N2 or above)

Nice to have

Experience in writing content on online platforms;
Experience in software sales;
Customer persuasion skills.
